Chuck / Managing Partner
After being mentored in the corporate world for several years, Chuck caught the entrepreneurial bug in the early ‘80s and started his own advertising & design business. Through the trials, tribulations, the ups and downs, he’s still doing what he has an undying passion for. The nurturing of awesome talent and ideas. 3SQ is the culmination of the insight and trust that comes from such experience.
Missy / Director of Accounts
Inspired by Shark Week and a biker gang quote Missy once read, she lives in the face of danger and believes one fist is worth a thousand words (a sort of advertising one-two punch). In life and in work, she follows the mantra, “if mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.” Mama, in our industry, is our client. Missy aims to please and yes ma’am, it’s true.
Dylan / Business Development & Photographer
With a well-rounded background in business and the arts, Dylan is able to cultivate effective business models with a creative twist. He contributes to 3SQ in the areas of business development, branding and photography. Prior to jumping on board at 3SQ, he took up international travel throughout Asia in his quest for eternal wisdom.
Holly / Studio Director & Production Manager
Everything changed for Holly when she decided she didn’t want to be a teacher. Now with 15 years of design work behind her, Holly has a heightened aesthetic sense. Holly has worked with 3SQ for 9 years, growing with the company and filling multiple roles. Her passion, however, lies in photography and retouching.

Cameron / Interactive Developer
Cameron first worked for 3SQ as an independent video editor and web developer where he proved he had the dedication and skill to contribute full time. Cameron became a permanent part of the 3SQ team in 2009 and is an avid student of what's new in video, motion, and interactive media. He combines his knowledge and skill to provide creative solutions that entertain and sell.
