Watch what you eat, damnit!

In a day and age when you cant find anything in the supermarkets with ingredients you can pronounce, it's becoming increasingly important to stay very concious of what you are putting in to your mouth. Eating the right foods can make a huge difference in your daily life. Something that is often over looked when trying to shop healthy is pasta. Whole wheat pasta in beneficial in many ways, Bran, the outer skin of a whole grain, and the germ, or embryo of the grain, carry considerable healthful fats, protein, antioxidants, B vitamins, minerals, and fiber. One of these minerals, magnesium, increases the body's sensitivity to insulin, which may help to lower the risk of diabetes. And dietary vitamin E, folate, and fiber may reduce the risk of heart disease. Another thing high-fiber diets might do is drive down harmful glucose, insulin, and fat levels in the blood.

"the mistress" the latest album by Yellow Ostrich is a pretty good album. It's fun, upbeat and the vocals are great. Right now, unfortuntely, it is an eMusic exclusive so that's the only place you can buy it. Often times, I find myslef listening to certain albums when I am in a particular mood, this album is good for any sort of mood, day or place. So, you definitely get your moneys worth.
By the way. if you use eMusic, click on the cancel my acct button and they will give you a few months for free to keep you there. Pretty sweet. Although after the free month I canceled anyway.

Music Product Review: Pans
Friday, March 4, 2011 at 1:43PM
My first product review will be a fry pan. This is a very cheap solution for a durable/Non-stick fry pan. It's lightweight and durable design make it a popular choice among restaurant chefs. A good name brand fry pan can cost you anywhere from $80 up to $400. This pan (found here) starts at $29 for the 8in and goes up to $69 for the 12in, or you can get a double set of 8in and 10in for only $69. Plus, it's made in the USA
There are a few ways you can make your fry pan last much longer listed below.
- Only use wood or rubber utensils
- Clean immediately after use with warm water and mild soap.
- Dont use it too hot.
- Dont use any materials that will scratch the surface.
Enjoy!
